    Had a pleasant 2-night stay, mainly to explore the Kufri Fun World nearby. The gorgeous valley view from the Junior Suite made waking up a treat. The decor throughout the hotel, especially in the dining areas, was truly beautiful. A special mention to Chef Ramesh, who prepared an excellent dinner buffet—absolutely loved the fish curry! I felt the breakfast could be improved. some pastries weren't fresh on the second day.

    Amazing views and awesome staff!

    The mountain views were just wow! Special shoutout to Jyoti at reception, always smiling and super helpful. The buffet dinner had so many choices, I couldn't decide! A lil' letdown was the bar area, could use a cozier vibe. Can't wait to come back!

    Dining mishaps overshadow the view

    Waking up to such beauty. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Kufri.

    Unfortunately, our dining experience left much to be desired. We encountered severe issues with food quality and service that were disappointing for a brand like Radisson. Mixed-up orders and subpar dishes marred our overall experience.

    The staff was super helpful and caring, they even upgraded our room for free when we asked for a bigger one. The ambiance was really nice, and the views were breath taking. The food was decent, nothing too fancy but it was ok.

    The location is kinda on a highway and there isn't much to do outside the hotel. The rooms didn't have ac so it got warm at night.

    This hotel has a great location with easy access to the highway. the restaurant staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. the rooms are clean and offer lovely views. the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the travel desk provides quality cars with good drivers. the staff provides a warm welcome and takes good care of guests.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great service from check-in till check-out. The staff was extremely hospitable and attentive, especially at the restaurant, where the food was outstanding. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a swanky lobby and stunning views from the valley-facing rooms. Additionally, the cleanliness of the premises was remarkable, making my stay very comfortable.

    Spent New Year's at a new hotel in the mountains. The hotel had a gorgeous view which was definitely the best aspect of my stay. The staff was friendly and polite which made for a comfortable stay. the rooms were quite spacious and clean.

    A cup of coffee and a plate of biryani cost more than it should have. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a gym or a pool, which was quite a letdown.

    the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, making us feel welcomed and valued. the location of this venue was an added advantage as it provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area from our room's sun terrace. the restaurant served up delicious snacks and meals, and the bar area was a great place to unwind after a long day. Our room was tastefully designed, with elegant and exclusive facilities to meet our every requirement.

    The only minor issue we encountered was limited entertainment options on site. Although the leisure room provided TV entertainment, there was no live entertainment or outdoor picnic area available.

    The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice bonuses, and the location was close to popular attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful.

    The room was too small for the price, and had no view to speak of. the facilities promised were not always available, and when I needed help with a medical emergency, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful.

    Lovely location with fine views. The staff at Radisson Kufri were polite and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us with urgent requests, like providing sanitary napkins. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying our taste buds. the location of the hotel was ideal, away from the bustling crowds of Shimla, making it perfect for day trips and providing excellent views from the rooms.

    The only drawback was the limited choices for dinner and lunch in the a la carte menu, and the buffet was quite expensive. The rooms were on the smaller side, and there were no chairs provided.
